E. B. Endres begins the process with their design team, which is comprised of design, engineering, and sales staff. They work with the retail client, obtaining crucial project criteria. They work together to sketch out conceptual ideas and detail the fixture. E. B. Endres’ design department will begin the process of developing preliminary CAD drawings, which are sent for approval by the customer. Prototypes are developed and then reviewed by the customer prior to production roll-out. Once the prototype and drawings are approved, the fixture is sent to production. A project manager is assigned to each fixture production job to assure lead times are defined and material is ordered and that your project is kept within budget. The PM also helps determine any special packaging/kitting needs. With the recent addition of a new manufacturing/storage facility, E. B. Endres is quite capable of producing orders of large volume, storing, and shipping your product on-time.
